Return/Exchange Policy
Threads Co. operates exclusively on a made-to-order business model. This means that we begin production of your merchandise only after you place your order. Each item is individually printed with your selected design specifically for you. This business model allows us to:
- Offer a wide variety of designs without maintaining extensive inventory
- Reduce waste associated with mass production
- Ensure each item is freshly produced for optimal quality
- Provide customized products tailored to individual preferences
NO-RETURN POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order business model, Threads Co. maintains a strict no-return policy. Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- Each item is custom-printed specifically for the customer who ordered it
- The personalized nature of our products makes them unsuitable for resale
- Production begins immediately upon order confirmation
- Health and hygiene considerations regarding apparel items
EXCEPTIONS TO THE NO-RETURN POLICY
Notwithstanding our no-return policy, we acknowledge certain exceptional circumstances where we may consider returns:
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive merchandise with clear manufacturing defects, such as:
- Significant printing errors (misaligned prints, substantial color discrepancies)
- Production flaws (unstitched seams, improperly attached components)
- Damaged items (tears, holes, or stains that occurred during production)
In such cases, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence of the defect.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered (incorrect design, size, or product type), please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the discrepancy
- Photos of the received item
EXCHANGE PROCESS FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
For orders qualifying under the exceptions outlined above:
- Submit your claim to care.shopthreadsco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and a detailed description
- Our Quality Assurance team will review your claim within 3 business days
- If approved, we will initiate production of a replacement item at no additional cost
- The replacement item will be shipped to you using our standard shipping method
Please note that you will not be required to return the defective or incorrect item unless specifically requested by our Customer Support team.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As production begins immediately after order placement, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund
- Cancellation requests made after 2 hours but before shipping may be considered on a case-by-case basis, potentially subject to a production fee
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled
To request a cancellation, please email care.shopthreadsco@gmail.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
SIZE EXCHANGES
As a made-to-order business, we cannot offer size exchanges. We strongly recommend reviewing our detailed size charts before placing your order. If you are uncertain about sizing, please contact our Customer Support team for guidance prior to completing your purchase.

To ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, we recommend:

LEGAL COMPLIANCE
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and is governed by Indian law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.
